Receive 300+ unique leads a month and make $120-150k+ a year! The Taverna Collection is looking for motivated, high performing BDC Managers/Sales Executives who have a desire to learn. You will handle the deal from start to finish, and get compensated on both Sales and F&I profit. Your job is to contact customers with high volume, high quality reachouts, build rapport, close the deal, and ensure a smooth delivery of the vehicle.

The right candidate is a top performing Sales Executive or BDC manager at a current auto dealership. Those who excel at our store are hungry, willing to learn a new process/tactics, and the determination to overcome objections.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond with high quality tailored reachouts and follow up with significant lead volumes per month (300-400+ leads) over call, text, and e-mail, in addition to in person walk ins
  • Demonstrate the vehicle to customers both in person and via the internet & overcome customer objections to close deals
  • Work with a Sales & Finance Director to ensure all stipulations are collected for a loan

Qualifications:

  • Must be a high performing BDC Manager or Sales Manager / Representative at a current auto dealership
  • Flexible schedule – weekend and evening hours required – Alternate between working 5 and 6 days a week
  • Excellent communication skills with your customers
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
